Resolves #34

  • Implement configuration converters for NuGet packages and feeds
  • Changes how PluginFramework is initialized by using PluginFrameworkBuilder. This was done so that AddNugetConfiguration extension could be implemented.

Implement PluginFrameworkBuilder and change how extensions work

AddPluginFramework extension methods now return PluginFrameworkBuilder
that can be used to for example configure plugin framework. With this
model was also implemented AddNugetConfiguration extension that
can be used to inject required depedencies to get NuGet plugins working.
