Most of python packages are moving away from setup.py to a pyproject.toml file.
I have made the basic changes to the repo-

write the pyproject.toml file
generated the poetry.lock file
removed unneeded files.

Things to note:

the packages in ./utils still use setup.py
long_description is set via ./README.md
not found how to implement include_package_data=True to poetry

          add: poetry for instagrapi package
