Added Find and Replace functionality to the project.

  1. The feature is made available in the navbar next to Load audio.
  2. It allows for searching text in the transcript and highlighting the found words/phrases (exact matching).
  3. Both Replace and ReplaceAll methods are provided.
  4. Simply pressing Enter in the newText field works same as Replace.
