Just released a new version of executing for 3.12 and wanted to check that it isn't breaking things elsewhere

pytestmark = pytest.mark.skipif(sys.version_info < (3, 8), reason='requires Python 3.8+')

config = "pytest_plugins = ['devtools.pytest_plugin']"

I was getting ValueError: Plugin already registered: devtools.pytest_plugin and removing this fixed it for me locally.

Tests are passing for me locally with the latest Python 3.12, I don't know if that's slightly different from what GHA has.

$ python --version
Python 3.12.0rc3+

Looks like this isn't meant to be just yet.
