This PR contains the socket step file and part declaration for the Amoeba choc PCB developed by @mmccoyd for the Hillside Dactyl 50 project. It doesn't have any mechanism to block the PCB from falling if the switch is removed, it's one limitation.
Also did a test print, seems like it works
