FWIW, #7 would conflict with this, and httpx doesn't support custom JSON libraries (yet): encode/httpx#717 I'm obviously biased but I think async support is more important in the grand scheme of things, especially for a library that mostly does I/O – I completely see the point of this PR though. |

JSON conversion should be done by the underlying
requestslibrary which should choose appropriate library for JSON conversion (currently it seems to be eitherjsonorsimplejson).
