I was unsure of the value, since its actual use was split to 110 and 130 in the Overpass Turbo queries - so I decided to keep it as it was.

I've updated & added values to the exceptions table according to the maxspeed wiki page (and after some Overpass Turbo queries).
This will help and resolve a lot of false positives, see for example the 391 motorway segments (currently false positive warnings) in Spain that can be resolved.
