  • Add tests that verify that this package produces the same results for MultiQC 1.1.X and 1.2.X
  • Updated the plot parsers to ensure 1.2 compatibility
  • Minor tweak to make newer Roxygen happy
  • Bumped all r-lib GitHub Actions to v2

Closes #11.
