Not really sure what's the best way to fix this. This paragraph says "customers obtain..." but the rest of the doc has a difference voice: "you..."

LGTM!
I think the change of voice is not a big deal.

We could start with As a new {{ecloud}} customer, you receive a 7-day trial period., but I think the current text is valid also.
