Description

Most of the dev dependencies were pretty old. I've updated all of them. That said, I couldn't get jasmine to work any longer, so I migrated it over to Jest. That said, I don't really use jest (I use vitest), so I don't know any pretty reporters for it.

I think some of these dependencies could probably be removed, but decided to not open that can of worms. Some of the commonjs/es6 bundling that you do is not something I am strongly familiar with.
