Python scripts which use trackpy for SPT and subsequent data plotting. Developed for analyzing RNA polymerase II kinetics in synthetic DNA droplets. "Dwell" refers to dwell time, the number of frames/seconds a single particle remains in one place. This was used to charactarize transcription kinetics using a molecular beacon.
