Add the parser for calendar scraper #78

Add parser for the scraped calendar data in the same format as Astra and Mazevo.

A few notes:

• I left the parsing logic in the calendar scraper alone. The calendar parser works on top of the semi-parsed data from the calendar scraper.
• There are cases, very rarely, where a singular event has two or more rooms listed in its location (e.g., JSOM 11.214/11.218). Currently, for now, when organizing the data by rooms, the parser will use the first room mentioned for that event.
