Make note that some of the automated logging was removed here. It was pulled from an earlier version of DiffEqBase, maybe_with_logger etc., but was removed because it's fundamentally type-unstable and leads to a lot of load time issues. Optimization.jl will need to move to the more modern form that DiffEq uses and require the user adds the package, i.e. https://docs.sciml.ai/DiffEqDocs/stable/features/progress_bar/#Using-Progress-Bars-in-the-Terminal, otherwise we cannot support lots of things like non-allocating workflows, GPUs, etc.
