# saemixPBPK

## Overview

**saemixPBPK** is an R package that implements the Stochastic Approximation Expectation Maximization (SAEM) algorithm
for PBPK/QSP models developed with the OSP Suite. This package enables robust and efficient estimation procedures for
pharmacokinetic and quantitative systems pharmacology modeling.
