背景：腾讯云对象存储 COS 存储桶，支持开启严格签名模式。开启最严格的模式后，picgo 上传文件会出现 403 报错。需要做些改动兼容该模式。
修改内容：在计算签名时，对 Content-Type、Content-Length 2个头部加入签名计算。

需要尽快合入最新版本打包里。期待回复。
