This pull request adds the topographic map Preußische Uraufnahme, created between 1830 and 1865 as the first comprehensive map of Prussia.
The WMS service to be added contains (most) of the parts of the map that lie in the present-day state of North Rhine Westphalia and were created between 1836 and 1850.
The map is available under the compatible Data licence Germany - Zero - Version 2.0 (dl-zero-de/2.0).
