Description
This pull request adds Turkish translations for the documentation folder. The following changes have been made:
Translated documents in the docs folder to Turkish.
Created new files with .tr.mdx extensions containing the Turkish translations.
Context
Providing documentation in multiple languages can help non-English speaking contributors and users better understand and engage with the project. Adding Turkish translations makes the project more accessible to Turkish speakers.
