No documentation listing wurst_run.args arguments?

From default wurst_run.args :
For a list of all arguments visit the manual or run wurstscript.jar without arguments.

I haven't found any documentation in the manual.

Running java -jar wurstscript.jar just to see all available arguments is kind of a hassle.

I'd like to atleast dump the output from wurstscript.jar, next to the wurst.build tutorial would make sense to me.
