Issue with VFDB Database Upload

Hello @tseemann,

I tried running abricate-get_db --db vfdb in September 2025 to update the VFDB database, but it didn’t work correctly. After that, when I ran abricate --list, it returned "command not found" and didn’t show any database list.

Could you please take a look and consider updating or fixing the VFDB database installation script?
