I find the format used in the Weekly Schedules very convenient for the midweek meeting chairman. It includes a description of each part, so the chairman doesn’t need to switch between the schedule and the meeting workbook. I often just take a screenshot and use it as my working schedule. The only downside is that the Opening Comments and Concluding Comments aren’t included. This makes it a bit harder to manage the overall timing. Would it be possible to include those parts as well?

Another idea would be to add an export template with a more detailed schedule that includes all the information from the meeting workbook.
