Minor Suggestions

1. Cursor
   1. currently default click action is an annotation tool and it stays on the last tool used when an annotation is done
   2. it should be the select tool and go back to it after an annotation is done; i think this is more intuitive and closer to other tools
   3. PS: clicking on another cursor tool while creating an polygon annotation creates an unclosed polygon
2. Shortcuts
   1. there are conflics with chrome's shortcuts
   2. ESC to cancel an annotation would be nice to avoid accidental annotations
3. Class distribution
   1. is not updating when a new annotation is added; it also didnn't update when i deleted a label
   2. for what this feature is worth, it would be simpler to have an 'update' button to refresh the distribution
4. Easy but nice-to-have features IMO
   1. "select all" button for images to download
   2. hidden action history by default (it's an internal state of the app, not very useful for the user)
