How to register a quickjs promise function?

The examples in this project does not illustrate how to register a C function as a JS Promise function. In real world there would be a lot of case for that would be convenience to have them.

Define "promise function"? What exactly is it you want to do?

Sorry for being unclear, it's async function, and the result is a Promise. Like how would I register functions similar to fetch API.

Ah, like that. Simply return a promise from your C function.

Create one with JS_NewPromiseCapability - it returns a new promise, plus resolve and reject functions for you to call in the resolving_funcs out param. It's basically the C version of new Promise((resolve, reject) => { /* ... */ }.

There are no async C functions. Think about it: async functions in JS suspend at await points. It's not possible to suspend C functions.
