ossec-logcollector segfaults with no logs to collect

Installing 3.8.0 from the ubuntu jammy pkg on your repo, and removing all the logfile tags from the conf file, causes the ossec-logcollector to still start (this is well documented) but then it segfaults. It repeatedly gets restarted and segfaults.

To reproduce, install on ubuntu jammy and remove all logfile tags from ossec.conf....
