Preview in quick_add form trigger Preview outside but not in the modal itself

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the add sites form
2. Click on button Quick add Region
3. Write something in the Comments field
4. Choose tab preview and then edit the preview

Expected Behavior

When in the tab preview, user cannot edit the data

Observed Behavior

Still can edit data on tab preview

And also the when click on preview of quick_add modal. The parent preview trigger but not the preview in the modal.
