cmake minimum version isn't supported anymore

it happened while i was trying to install TIC-80

another error occurs when i pass the "-DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5" flag and it stops installing

Weird. I ran it with "-DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5" and it built the cmake normally

However now it can't run anything for some reason without getting a segfault error
