[Feature Request]: Repurpose User Hardware Button?

Description

Thanks for all your hard work. Would it be possible to change what the User Button does? This could be especially useful for devices without displays. For example, I'd like to use the internal hardware button for Canned Messages so I don't have to add an external button. I have only 1 Canned Message and don't need a display to select it (RAK Board ONE 4631). Maybe it could also send telemetry or update the Node Map or do something else if we chose.

Maybe worth consideration, or perhaps we're an edge use case? I have had to build 12+ trackers because my constituency wants an SOS button. The short press-long press required by Canned Messages is perfect, not many inadvertent presses. There's no display and these are passive users so they don't care about the in-built functionality of the user button (screen paging, location ping, GPS toggle). I'd think the long press for shutdown should be on the RST button. We don't want people shutting down the trackers inadvertently. We'd prefer to have something like the T 1000-e but replace all functionality of the user button with Canned Messages. I'm fairly new to this so maybe there's a better way?
