Current behaviour

I was not able to use the default shortcut Ctrl-' for assigning code formatting. I tried to change the shortcut to Ctrl-#. But when pressing Ctrl-#, Ctrl-/ shows up in the shortcut field on the settings page. So Joplin seams to think I'm on a US keyboard. I'm using a German keyboard.

The # key works just fine everything else within Joplin.

This is a new duplicate to that issue ("stale" recommended reopening as new issue)

Expected behaviour

Ctrl-# (and many other special chars ;-)) is recognized as shortcut
