Joint a foundation

What are the expected benefits and drawbacks?

This will get more exposure and perhaps would contribute to the long term viability of the project.

This is no necessary but desirable.

Do you have suggestions on how to implement it?

Sent ASF, CNF, Eclipse Foundation or Linux Foundation a proposal for incubation.

Maybe you can retry or try another foundation like the Linux Foundation, Cloud Native Foundation, etc.
