Breaking Changes
- Lab now uses ESLint v9 (feat: target ESLint v9 #1076). There is no backwards compatibility with ESLint v8, if you're using custom rules, you should refer to https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/migrate-to-9.0.0 for migration advice.
- Typescript checks are now stricter (Tighten type checking config #1071).
- Support node 18+ (chore: report node 18+ support #1081)
