Summary

The article looks outdated since I believe the link now redirects to Netlify swag store and there is no option to automatically claim your swag from the website and the Google Forms is closed

Steps to Resolve this Issue

1. Reopen the Google Forms for submissions
2. Update the text to include that it's the Netlify swag store
3. Update terms (if needed)
