[Feature Request] 6xbr's SoftFX

Hi! I've already switched from the Snes9x emulator to play SNES games to FBNeo. It's incredible how quickly so many new homebrews and hacks are being added, but as a suggestion for the future, it would be ideal to add the 6xbr shader. They look great in that emulator, and for 2D games, the difference is quite significant, or maybe I've just gotten used to it.

Is there any literature or information about implementing 6xbr's SoftFX as a reference?

taoenwen, it comes with snes9x as xbrz, but I think there's also a hlsl filter which can be converted to dx9 format for hardfx (I'm not 100% sure of this, yet)

I'm not very familiar with any of this, but according to ChatGPT on RetroArch, the repository at https://github.com/libretro/common-shaders under the xbrz folder includes the preset 6xbrz-linear.glslp, which applies the exact xBRZ algorithm to achieve 6x scaling on any core that supports GLSL shaders. Perhaps a simpler conversion to FBNeo can be done from there, but I don't know, just pointing it out in case it helps.
