(Usability) The Neon database connector should be moved to Integration menu

If I understand correctly the goal of this link, it is to provide a connection to Neon Database like we can connect Supabase or vercel (maybe not as smooth?)

Therefore it is expected to be found in "integration" and not in the hub as it's an connection that seem to be available for any kind of project whereas the Hub is providing "starter packs" for projects.
