(usability - minor) When in Ask mode in the chat, clicking on "Fix with AI" should switch to build mode

When you are in the chat in Ask mode, and an issue appears, if you click "fix with AI" there is chance that you want to switch in build mode;

This is to be discussed if there is a use case for someone willing to ask for a "fix with AI" without being in build mode, but otherwise, if a user forgets that he is in "ask mode" and clicks on "fix with AI", the AI is only going to answer the fix without fixing which might lead to be confused why the issue isn't fixed.
