[bug] System has run out of application memory. #1363

Bug Description (required)
My system (macOS 26.0 (25A354)) frequently runs out of application memory after submitting 4-6 Dyad build requests on my 2020 Mac Mini M1 with 16GB RAM. This requires me to force quit and restart the application, only for the issue to recur after a few more submissions.
