Prompts as Markdown files do not work

Summary

I read the following deep-dive about prompts: https://docs.continue.dev/customize/deep-dives/prompts

So I created a prompt file in ~/.continue/rules/review.md .

Review the code changes.

However, neither IntelliJ or VSCode show the prompt.

Versions

I use the most recent versions available on the marketplace:

• IntelliJ IDEA: 1.0.33
• VS Code: 1.2.1

Suggestion

I suppose supporting markdown files for prompts is a new feature. Please add information since when features are supposed to work. I struggle a lot with the docs. I never know if the content works or not.

It is frustrating when the docs mention markdown files in .continue/rules but clicking on Add Prompts creates a .continue/prompts/new-prompt.yaml.

Any update on this? Would appreciate some clarity on how to create/structure local prompts
