That sounds to me like a network issue as you describe that. When you get a IPV6 DNS Server check your DHCP Server/Router and disable all IPV6 functions if you dont use them. This can be a problem if you habe IPV6 configured on a LXC with no IPV6 or DualStack Internet. |

More weirdness, if I disable IPV6 in the advanced settings in the install it still fails with "No network in LXC yet..." and now the DNS settings looks exactly the same between the LXC that works and the one that fails. |

I have the same problem with the No network in LXC. Your workaround to do an advanced install and specify a DNS server worked. |

The same happens with the Plex, the script fails due to network issues. |

Not sure what's going on, but looking at my LXC's, the only ones that aren't working are on Ubuntu 22.04. Anything on Debian is able to access the internet. Perhaps that is something that is going on? Still quite new to this, and this is the first time I've encountered this. |

Let me first start with, this could just be my setup, but I had been dealing with this problem for a few weeks, found a work around, but I can still recreate it and haven't had issues with other community scripts for LXC's like Home Assistant or Backrest.
When installing it will always fail with:
No network in LXC yet...
But if I try an install with advanced settings and put in a DNS server (tried my gateway and 8.8.8.8) it works.
If I run resolvectl status on a LXC that successfully installed and one that failed, the DNS servers are the same, but the unsuccessful install has an IPV6 DNS server listed after, not sure if that's what is breaking it for me. The failed server will still get an IP from the gateway, but not have internet access.
