only add manage PVE Servers once

I am not sure if it is just me doing something wrong. (most likely hehe)

It would be nice if one doesn't have to re-add the servers under 'manage PVE Servers' every time there has been an update.

There is a bug in the update Script atm, i fear it will break one more time on the next update, but then it will be fine.
