Hope to add cors handling for creating short links through the api.

I tried to add a feature to my personal network disk to obtain a short link through the Sink API when copying the link. However, I encountered cross - origin access restrictions. I hope the author can add cross - origin handling, and finally use environment variables to customize whether to allow cross - origin access.

Set the environment variable NUXT_API_CORS=true during build to enable CORS support for the API.
