[Feature] Add curl to docker image

Describe the feature

The docker image unfortunately doesn't contain curl which is a little bit inconvenient. Of course, it's possible to add it yourself but that has to be done after every pull. It would be nice, if the docker image would contain curl for the purpose of calling external webhooks in mediamtx hooks.
