MoQ (Media over QUIC) Protocol Support - PR Submitted

Hello @aler9,

I've submitted PR for this code based https://github.com/winkmichael/mediamtx-moq adding MoQ (Media over QUIC) protocol support to MediaMTX.

The implementation includes:

• Full protocol support with WebTransport for browsers (Port: 4443)
• Native QUIC for server-to-server relay (Port: 4444)
• A complete browser player using WebCodecs
• Live demo at https://moq.wink.co/moq-player.html

Would love to get your feedback on the implementation. Happy to make any adjustments needed to get this merged. I tried to keep the coding style like your style. Fairly new to Go, I hope you like it! (;

I'm not sure if the player belongs in your repository, as you we will its less than ideal.

Hello @aler9 I got a fairly large update coming, probably not worth doing a review until I make this commit. Got feedback from @kixelated and working to implement.
