Question on pre-commit dependency: Is this really a runtime dependency?

Hi,

is pre-commit really a runtime dependency? If so, is this needed in all use cases?

I am wondering why pre-commit would be required if this tool is just being run from the command line against a EKS cluster.

Maybe you can help my curiosity...

Hi Johannes,

Good point, seems like I need to separate runtime and test dependencies. Same with tox. Thanks for pointing this out, will work on a fix
