Bug: Tad tries to open parquet files as CSVs unless it has a `.parquet` extension

Tad should check the file's header to see if it is a parquet file. 

Alternatively (or maybe additionally), the `.pq` and `.parq` extensions should be added to the list of acceptable parquet file extensions, as they're common enough to be supported.
