Discord's new Gradient/Holographic role colors don't work with RoleColorEverywhere. It uses the first color.

I have done the fix, but I don't know if should add the gradient animation happens when you hover.

You can disable the hover animation when Accessibility > Enable Reduced Motion is enabled, fells like it would make sense the most. A custom option for hover animations would be OK too.
