Apparently already failing for Mediawiki 1.33.1, Semantic MediaWiki 3.1.0, Semantic Result Formats 3.1.0. I personally suspect that the issue already started with SMW 3.0.0 and SRF 3.0.0

Issue

It appears that the template added via the template parameter to this result format is no longer considered.
