Update from abandoned `command-group` to `process-wrap`

The authors of command-group have announced in the project readme that it is now abandoned in favor of process-wrap.

Steps to reproduce

1. try to fix something in command-group
2. notice that it is abandoned

Just took a first look at it. This is definitely a bit more involved, any help would be much appreciated :)

According to process-wrap's own docs:

As the successor to (and containing a lot of the code of) command-group, versioning starts at 6.0.0. You can think of it as a breaking change to command-group, though the paradigm is quite different. The full test suite from command-group was retained: process-wrap has parity on functionality as a starting point.

So this isn't time critical and should be seen as a "normal" dependency bump.
