I would like to remind you that I was always against that container image of FreeTube existing and was quite vocal against it at the time it was created, but unfortunately people went ahead and did it anyway. Also the fact that you still don't clearly state that it is not affiliated with the FreeTube project and developers, has given various users the wrong impression that it is made by the FreeTube developers. So it would be nice if you corrected that in your GitHub repository and website to make that obvious to users. So I ask that if you do use that unofficial FreeTube container image as a demo, that you make it very clear that it is not affiliated with and is not endorsed by the FreeTube developers. The only way we recommend and endorse using FreeTube is running it natively directly on the computer that you are using it on. |

I was genuinely not aware of this and I apologize profusely. I will depreciate our container and remove any mention of it. Again sorry. Up for removal just need a team member to approve linuxserver/docker-freetube#7 |

Ok approvals are in and we will cstate our users here shortly (our announcement system) and we have scrubbed your app from our stuff the best we can and I pulled from proot-apps. It will still be archived on github, but we will not actively support or promote the image in any way and the user if they try to pull it is splashed about non support in a bunch of different ways. I have connections with many other app distributors (non docker Linux side) I'll let them know your not happy with being packaged downstream without approval. Again great project and keep up the good work! |

That all being said I hope your new streaming technology goes well, it does sound quite cool. |

Thank you for being so cooperative. I'm sorry that we assumed that those unpleasant users that we interacted with in the past were associated with you and gave us the impression that our only option was to pretend that the container image didn't exist. We didn't realise that we could have interacted with friendly people and had the container image taken down a lot sooner or even prevented it being released in the first place. |

I just wanted to make you aware we are working on some exciting stuff for desktop delivery downstream.
https port 3001
We have created a novel CPU based encoder that can deliver 60 fps over websockets and this was basically the first image I rebased on my dev setup. We announce soon and this will be one of the demo images.
Also big fan of the project and daily user, I hope I can contribute something one day.
